Hey everyone! I am Rhianna Wicken and I have Tourette's Syndrome. For my senior project, I am putting on a festival-like awareness event for Tourette's Syndrome featuring performances and visual art from persons with Tourette's. This means that there will be breaks between performances, and there will be many things that are available to do outside of the performance area, such as a silent auction and various informational booths. I am looking forward to this event because it is a way for people with TS to get together and it will be helping non-TS persons get a better understanding of what Tourette’s really is. I also hope to raise a lot of money for Camp George (the southern California TS summer camp), which I believe is a great cause.
