The sweat of thy face is salt, eat bread till thou return unto the ground; for art is dust, and unto dust it shall return. Something happened, but nothing practical’ is a collaborative project of the Artistic Researchers Aline Weyel (Germany, 1984) and Annabel Kanaar (Netherlands, 1990). The project exists of continuous happenings that integrate the notion of objects in relation to objects; matter as opposed to body, body as opposed to body, and body as opposed to matter.
