The winner of the global design student competition is rewarded with a 5000 EURO cash prize and a 6-month paid internship at an Electrolux global design center. Electrolux Design Lab has a unique heritage. In 2012 it is arranged for the tenth consecutive year and is celebrating its ten year anniversary. This year Electrolux Design Lab competition challenged design students to consider how a fuller, sensory experience can be incorporated into every day, home appliance. Ten young designers, chosen from a field of 1,200 entrants, will now present their concepts to a jury of professional designers and experience creators.
