Come All Ye Lords and Ladies Experience the golden age if chivalry, romance, and art at the first annual Alamogordo Downtown Merchants Associations Renaissance Faire. New York Avenue will be closed to traffic from 10th St. to 8th St. There will be costumed characters, sword fighting by the SCA, period music and dance, fire dancing and fire breathing act, Celtic Collies, a roving magician, sword play, coronation ceremonies, parade, plenty of food, arts/crafts vendors, reptile display, and free kid’s games. It is going to be spectacular day! Guests 21 and older can enjoy a beer and burger or just a great glass of wine at Stella Vita Restaurant. So dress in ye best medieval costume and come join the fun and buffoonery!
