Week 15, we descend upon MetLife Stadium and show the New Jersey Giants Fans what a real tailgate party is!! Just look for the 12 Flag! As we plan for this massive undertaking, we will be updating information regularly but here is what we have so far: $20 gets you a wristband. That wristband will get you all you can eat/drink. The revenue generated from the party will go back (minus $20 per person) toward everyone already in NY who kicked in to buy supplies and organize. Any and all excess $$ will be donated directly to the Carlow East Holiday Toy/Fund Drive! IF YOU ARE DRIVING: Please visit the NFL Ticket Exchange and buy your parking pass ahead of time. MetLife Stadium sells parking permits ahead of time and separately from tickets to events!! If you wish to park with us, we'll be arriving at 8am (earliest possible time) and firing up the grills around 9am... the later you arrive, the less likely you'll be able to park by us! IF YOU ARE NOT DRIVING: Smart people :) We suggest that you take the NJ Transit Bus No. 351 from Port Authority (42nd St & Eighth Ave). It's $10 round trip and will drop off and pick up next to Lot K, a short walk away from the party. The basic idea is that we're going to cover the food and booze so no one has to worry about it. We'll have burgers (beef and veggie), hot dogs, side dishes, beer, hawkikaze shots, bloody mary's, mimosas. If you bring anything hot, we probably won't be able to warm it up for you so cold/dry stuff is best if you plan on bringing stuff. We start cooking at 9am and stop cooking around 11:30. By 12pm, we will start packing up and directing everyone to head into the game so we can all make it for kickoff. For approximately three hours, we'll be drinking, eating, playing cornhole, throwing footballs, jamming to music and letting Giants fans see what real fans look like. Let me be clear... if you're not eating and drinking, that's cool, we still want you there! There'll be a donation jar for the Toy Drive but if you're not boozing/gorging yourself before an afternoon of Seahawks domination, we understand. Come join anyway!
