About Rewired Life: A Journey to Untangle Chronic Pain and Endometriosis Isn’t it time to put your health first? To give yourself the gift of whole-body wellness? What if embracing unconditional love and a life of self-care was the first step to wellness? Could you honor that for yourself? The real challenge is looking inward and creating a practice to move past stress. Wellness is more than a one-dimensional approach. Healing takes work on our mind, body, and spirit. Wellness is a process to heal layers of physical and emotional pain, trauma, and stress. Audrey Michel know this from experience. Audrey spent more than half her life learning to cope with pain and overcome symptomatic issues. Now pain- and symptom-free, she is passionate about listening to her body, and sharing her story to empower women to heal. Join Audrey through her journey. Find inspiration and motivation to overcome your obstacles, climb your mountain, and define your path to love yourself, heal your body and mind, and celebrate life. About Audrey Michel As she recounts in her book, Rewired Life: A Journey to Untangle Chronic Pain and Endometriosis, Audrey Michel endured chronic pain and disease for half her life. At her breaking point, she finally let her internal wisdom speak up and speak out, leading her on a path to self- discovery and true healing beyond what Western medicine could offer. Through it all, she learned to acknowledge the mind-body connection and its healing abilities, and after 17 years, she is pain- and symptom-free. In her book and blog, she shares her breakthroughs and methods of discovering deep inner connection and personal growth. Through public speaking, she brings positivity, growth, wellness, and inspiration to empower women to heal. She mixes elegance, honesty, emotion, and empowerment with a hint of feistiness and fashion. What she speaks and teaches she learned firsthand, and it is a part of her being. Audrey knows that our bodies are powerful and hold a wealth of information and when we learn to interpret the messages, we hold the key to healing our bodies, minds, and spirits.
