Location : KBS Drift Track 2, Precient 4, Putrajaya (behind High Court) GPS Cordinate; 2°55'0.55"N , 101°41'17.66"E Who will be crowned the FIRST "KBS Tarmac Attack KING 2012?" Come & test your maneuver skill around a series of cones, 180, 360, 720 degree turns, figure eight turns & other obstacles using extreme acceleration, braking & drifting. 2 days event : ---------------- 31-March (Sat)=Free Practise 1-April (Sun)=Race Entry fee is RM100-one person per registration including walk in participants on Sunday. Each entry will received a T-Shirt & KBS official ceritificate. When? Where? ************ Location : KBS Drift Track 2, Precient 4, Putrajaya 31-March (Sat)=Free Practise 1-April (Sun)=Race Class: ***** A : 1.3 & below B : 1.3 >2.0 C : Open NOTE: FWD, RWD, AWD, MID ENGINE,4WD will be competing in the same class depending on the engine capacity. Entry Fee : RM100 ********* REGISTRATION OR WALK IN CUSTOMER: Closed on 1-April-Sunday 10 AM. ------------------------------------------------- Official registration will be at Sunway Rock Cafe, Selangor at 27 March 2012 (Tuesday) at 9pm-11pm onwards. KBS will provide you an official receipt & a JPJ letter to all registered participants from KL/Selangor or outstation. Layout will be released on the 27th March 2012 at 9pm. How to qualify? ************* 1. No valid license is required as long you can drive 2. Track car is allowed 3. Slick or semi-slick tires are allowed 4. Seat belts must be in a working condition 5. HELMET, long pants and shoes are compulsory 6. Roll cage is allowed 7. "Sharing car" is allowed PRIZES: ******* 1st -4rd placing = Trophy + Sponsor Products +Certificate Everybody will received a KBS Certificate. ONLY winners from 1st- 8th will be rewarded the championship points. POINTS SYSTEMS: +++++++++++ 1st= 10 2nd=8 3rd=6 4th=5 5th=4 6th=3 7th=2 8th=1 We will accumulate your championship points from this round until the 3rd rounds for the GRAND PRIZES!!!!! RACE FORMAT : Twin Battle =Ken Block's Gymkhana Style! How to win this round? ++++++++++++++ 1. You will be given 2 time runs on both left and right of the twin battle course, and only 1 time will be taken to go into the qualifying round. 2. You need to clock 1 best time to qualify to Top 8. 3. In Top 8, you will be placed according to your time ranking and fight with against your group with a "knock out" style until you reach the final. 4. A chart will be shown on the scoreboard from Top 8-Top 4 until Final. 5. The 1st car to reach the finishing line during the "knock out" stage without making any error on the course will win the round.
