ENGLISH VERSION BELOW!!! Liebe Sifu´s, Ausbildner und Schüler. Mit großer Freude darf ich Euch mitteilen, dass ich für das Sommercamp in Wien (11. bis 15.Juli 2012) eine ganz besonders schöne und passende Lokation gefunden habe. Das folgende Mail soll Euch und Euren Schülern ausreichend Informationen und Zeit für alle notwendigen Buchungen dazu geben. Es handelt sich um einen 135.000 m² großen Sportpark mit 1700 Bäumen am Gelände. Der Park/Austragungsort liegt neben der alten Donau. Diese Gegend ist ein sehr schönes und exklusives Freizeit/Naherholungsgebiet in Wien (Bademöglichkeit, Bootsverleihe, Lokale und vieles mehr) Eine U-Bahn Station ist quasi direkt gegenüber des Einganges zum Gelände (U1 Station/ 5 Stationen ins Innenstadtzentrum von Wien= ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit von dort bis zum Stefansplatz=Zentrum) Es gibt einen eigenen, großen PKW-Parkplatz (gegen Gebühr) Es sind aber in diesem Bezirk auch ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße vorhanden. Als Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für Teilnehmer aus dem Ausland steht ein Gästehaus direkt am Sportgelände zur Verfügung. Es werden alle 18 Zimmer (Zimmer mit 2 Betten, aber auch Einzelbelegung möglich) bis Ende März exklusiv für das Sommercamp vorreservieren. Interessierte Teilnehmer sollen jeweils selbst - mit Hinweis auf Teilnahme am Ebmas Sommercamp - das Quartier per Mail unter [email protected] buchen. Die Verrechnung erfolgt dann direkt vor Ort mit dem jeweiligen Gast. Bilder im Anhang und auf der Homepage der Anlage. Übernachtungspreis : € 39,-- pro Person / Nacht (ohne Frühstück) Kinder unter 15 Jahre : € 25,--- Einzelzimmerzuschlag : € 13,-- Bei Teilnahme am Camp wird ein Nachlas von 10 % gewährt. Die Freifläche auf der wir trainieren können ist direkt vor dem Gästehaus (siehe Bild im Anhang) Es gibt dort auch ein Garderobenhaus für Damen und Herren inkl. Duschen und WC. Gebäude U3 (im angehängten Plan „Garderobe III“).Die Garderoben müssen täglich bis spätestens 18.00 Uhr geräumt sein. Sollte das Wetter nicht mitspielen, können wir in eine unmittelbar neben der Wiese liegenden Trainingshalle wechseln (Kunstrasenhalle) In direkter Nachbarschaft (3 Gehminuten) zur Sportanlage befindet sich das 4-Sterne-Hotel „NH Hotel Danube City“, welches Gäste mit höchsten Ansprüchen zufrieden stellen kann. Mit dem NH-Hotel haben wir schon oft bei der Unterbringung von Sportlern mit sehr hohen Ansprüchen zusammengearbeitet. Kontakt: www.nh-hotels.de/nh/de/hotels/osterreich/wien/nh-danube-city.html [email protected] Für all jene, die sich selbstständig eine Unterkunft suchen möchten hier ein Tipp. Versucht ein Zimmer in der Nähe des Austragungsortes oder zumindest in der Nähe der U-Bahn Linie U1 zu bekommen. So können lange Wegzeiten vermieden werden. (Wien ist eine Großstadt) Es gibt am Sportgelände auch ein Restaurant mit großer Terrasse. Für das Frühstück der auf dem Gelände nächtigenden Teilnehmer ist also gesorgt. Nach täglicher Anmeldung der Anzahl von Personen können wir uns auch ein Mittagsbüffet für 14:00-15:00 Uhr vorbereiten lassen. Frühstück und Verpflegung : Restaurant „fabelhaft“ auf der Sportanlage Info und Kontakt : www.fabelhaft.cc [email protected] Nach dem Training können jene, die noch "etwas mehr machen möchten" Boccia spielen, Volleyball-, Tennis-, Fußballplätze anmieten oder andere Sportangebote der Anlage mieten/verwenden oder an die unmittelbar neben der Anlage befindlichen "alten Donau" schwimmen gehen. Natürlich ist für eine derartige Lokation eine Platzmiete zu bezahlen. Ich möchte die Kosten für alle Beteiligten so gering wie möglich halten aber auch nicht unbedingt selbst zur Rechnung gebeten werden. Aus diesem Grund werden wir pro Seminartag einen Betrag von € 4.- pro Person verrechnen. Wenn ausreichend viele Teilnehmer zu dem Seminar kommen und die Platzmiete von € 900.- eingenommen ist, wird der Überstand wieder zurückbezahlt oder wir investieren in eine kleine Feier/Party am Wochenende :) Der Zimmerpreis, das Essen (Frühstück, Mittag- und/oder Abendessen) Platzmieten für andere Sportarten (Fußball, Tennis usw.) der Eintritt ins Freibad, Bootsmieten und alle anderen Möglichkeiten die diese Sportanlage bietet, müssten separat bezahlt werden. Preise finden sich auf den verlinkten Seiten. Im Anhang findet Ihr Dateien, die vielleicht für (potentielle) Campteilnehmer interessant sein könnten. Auf www.sportcenter-donaucity.at können auch gute Eindrücke der Sportanlage gewonnen werden. Ich fliege am Donnerstag 23.2. nach Thailand und komme am 11.3. wieder nach Wien zurück. In meiner Abwesenheit bin ich telefonisch nicht und per Mail nur selten erreichbar. Ich hoffe Ihr könnt Euch ein Bild machen, seit neugierig und kommt mit vielen Schülern. Die Anlage ist Perfekt, Sifu Emin wird für ein gutes und hartes Training sorgen. Ich und meine Ausbildner werden für ein rundum interessantes und spaßiges Rahmenprogramm und einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Veranstaltung sorge tragen. It is a great pleasure for me to inform you about the Vienna summer camp 2012 (11th to 15th July 2012) at an specially beautiful and perfect location. The following mail is to you and your students to give sufficient information and time for all necessary bookings. It is a 135,000 m² large sports park with 1,700 trees on the site. The park / venue is located next to the old Danube. This area is a very nice and exclusive Leisure / recreation area in Vienna (swimming, boat rentals, pubs and much more) A subway station is almost directly opposite the entrance to the site (station U1 / 5 stations to the city center of Vienna = about 10 minutes drive from there to the center Stephansplatz) There is a large private car park (fees apply) But in this district on-street parking is easy available. As an accommodation for participants from abroad a guest house is right on the sports ground. All 18 rooms (rooms with two beds, but also single occupancy available) are blocked exclusively until the end of March for the summer camp. Interested participants will each own - book the accommodation by email at [email protected] - with regard to participation in the ebmas summer camp. The checks are then locally with each guest. The room rate: € 39, - per person / night (without breakfast) Children under 15 years: € 25, --- Single supplement: € 13, - In attendance at the camp a reduction of 10% is granted. The open space we will train on is just outside the guest house (see picture attached) There is also a dressing room house for men and women including showers and toilets. U3 building (in the attached schedule "wardrobe III"). The dressing rooms must be vacated by 6 pm. If there will be rain we can immediately go into a gym located next to the field (artificial turf hall) In close proximity (3 minutes by foot) to the sports complex is a 4-star hotel "Hotel NH Danube City", which can make customers satisfied with the highest standards. Try to find a room near the venue, or at least near the subway line U1, so long travel times are avoided. (Vienna is a big city) There is also a restaurant with large terrace in the park. So for breakfast is guaranteed. After daily application of the number of people they will prepare a lunch buffet for 2:00-3:00 pm. Of course, for such a location a court fee is payable. I would like to hold the costs for all parties as small as possible but not necessarily being asked for the bill after all. For this reason, we take € 4.- charge per person per day. If a sufficient number of participants come to the seminar and the court fee of € 900 - is taken, the supernatant is returned or we are investing in a small ceremony / party on the weekend :) The room, the food (breakfast, lunch and / or dinner) space rent for other sports (soccer, tennis, etc.) or the entrance to the outdoor pool, boat rentals and all other options this sports facility offers would have to be paid separately.
