My friend on Facebook, pastor Saleem Shahid Pastor from Faisalabad Pakistan sent me pictures from his work with the poor. He and his wife are giving away food packages and are supporting them with advises. They are giving them strength and hope for their future. He is doing an amazing work. When I was looking through their photos my eyes caught a terrible picture. I asked about the woman on the photo who had a destroyed face. Her name is Nazia, she is 40 years old and she is married. She has three children, her oldest son Parvaiz is 15 years old, her daughter Saiqa is 14 years old and Jamshid, her youngest son, is 11 years old. Her husband Javed, 45 years old now, used to be addicted to drugs. He demanded money to buy drugs and when Nazia refused he threw acid in her face. The police took actions against Javed but Nazia forgave him, she did not want to testify against him and then the police could do nothing. Nazias parents died sex years ago and she doesn't have anyone except her husband and her children. This experience made Javed free from drugs and now he is working under farmers. The family is very poor and the children are not going to school. Nazias eyes are not so damaged but she can't breath through her nose and have terrible pains. The scar between her eyes makes it difficult for her to see straight. She can not work because people get chocked when they see her. Now when that they have had 47 degrees in Pakistan, it is very difficult for her. Pastor Saleem told me that she is in a very bad condition and her children are crying for her. This is a big trauma for the whole family and it must come to an end! Please help me to raise 1500 dollar for Nazias surgery and treatment. Pastor Saleem took her to a clinic when I asked him to, and they gave him this price. He will make sure that the money will go to her recovery. I hope it will come a lot of money so they can buy some land and so they can help their three children to go to school so that they can have a future. We will see... Wouldn't it be wonderful to help this woman and her family? This is a real life and we could make a different! I now that everyone is struggling with their own life and you are probably already helping other people but a small sum from everyone will fix this! Please please please!!!! I am begging you from the bottom of my heart!!! If I had this kind of money I would pay this myself but I have a small income from my sick-pension and I have a lot of children. I asked for money for Nazias surgery a month ago and I didn't get any money for her. I think everyone is thinking that someone else will help her but there is no one else.
