Join us for the 1st Annual MRA Summer Shredfest. An end of the season culmination of good times, competions and a celebration of community ski areas and the soul of skiing. Beartooth Basin is the premiere summer ski area in North America, usually operating from Memorial Day until the snow melts in July. Discount loding available at the solar powered Yodeler Motel and the Red Lodge KOA campground. Just mention you are attending ShredFest. Thursday, June 15 7 PM Dinner and Pig Racing at Bear Creek Saloon and Steakhouse, Bear Creek (7 miles from Red Lodge) Friday, June 16 9 AM - 3 PM SheJumps Get The Girls Out at Beartooth Basin. 2 for 1 lift tickets with advanced registration. 4:30 - 6:30 PM Community Ski Areas at Risk Symposium at Red Lodge, Montana. Keynote speaker Jon Reveal, former COO of Aspen and Yellowstone Club and current GM of Sleeping Giant Ski Area & Zipline will discuss the importance of community ski areas.
