CULS is delighted to partner with Clifford Chance to bring you Dr Aman Hingorani speaking about the role that International Law can play in helping to resolve the conflict between India and Pakistan over Kashmir. After the presentation there will be an opportunity to mingle with Dr Hingorani and representatives from Clifford Chance over food and drinks. The talk will be held in LG17. This talk is based on the book, Unravelling the Kashmir Knot by Dr Hingorani. Dr Hingorani is a lawyer and mediator in the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. He has taught in programmes at various institutions in India (including National Judicial Academy, Bhopal; University of Delhi Campus Law Centre; Indian Law Institute, New Delhi) and abroad (including Keble College, Oxford; Warwick University Law School; South Asian Institute of Advanced Legal and Human Rights Studies, Dhaka).
