We all criticize and detest “the establishment” yet we are all part of it. We probably have very different views on what it is and how it can change or what we can do to change it. As it is a complex establishment whose resistance to change is formidable, citizens’ actions to change it should involve many people embracing change, including personal change. We want to hear your opinion and listen to your ideas. It is your conference. Your matters of concern will be discussed in self organized working sessions. Add your mind and voice to others and let’s think it through, and then take action. We have chosen an OPEN SPACE forum for this event. This is a forum unlike any other. There are no appointed speakers. There is no panel discussion. There is no moderator and the experts are YOU! You participants will be speaking, listening, reflecting, moderating, setting the agenda with your own active participation and with your own particular subjects of concern. There will be time for review, reflection and sharing at the end.
