Ava's Little Heroes - 2nd Annual August 12th 10 am – 3 pm "Sometimes, real superheroes live in the hearts of small children fighting big battles" August 12th will once again be dedicated to the little fighters in our community, enduring their own medical battle and those that are willing to stand up and support someone else who is. Inspired by the medical journey of the park owners' daughter, this day is to raise awareness and also funds. Guests are encouraged to dress-up and explore the park as their favorite heroes! Not every hero wears a cape! Some wear crowns, others maybe scrubs, and some may sport a jersey! The park will be filled with heroes, prize auctions, children's activities, live music, vendors/organizations, love & support. Proceeds from all fundraising opportunities and 50% of every admission this day will be gifted to a selected local family with a child engaged in their own fight and that needs "a hero".
