Never Let Your Pen Dry is very excited to put on this super special poetry open mic, especially after the success of the Welcome Week event!! Hanif Abdurraqib, a renowned Columbus poet, will be our host for the evening and has even agreed to grace us with some of his AMAZING poetry. I guarantee it will only take one youtube exploration of this dude's poetry (hint hint, do it now) and you WILL be in attendance on the 2nd ;) The feature will be DOPE without a doubt.. and if it goes anything like last time the poets that hit the Open Mic will NOT FAIL TO DELIVER. This is a completely public event, so OSU students and Columbus poets alike please feel free to come out and inspire us!! NLYPD's writing workshops have been going fantastically, with poets producing some really impressive work. This is your chance to share what we've been working on this year! Yeah, let's get it poets.
