Buddha beats grand opening, with musical guest Disco Dave. He will be playing cool beats while I teach a 75min flow yoga class. I welcome you to join me as I embark on a new journey where I will combine my passions of music, outdoors and yoga. Every week we will be joined by a local musician playing live music for the yoga class. My new space was created specifically for the purpose of sharing my passion with others. I encourage you to invite your friends to this - I want this to be a large, fun event to promote a new kind of yoga community. My goal is to make yoga accessible for everyone in our community minimum $5 donation and on nights where we have a musician it will be minimum $10 donation.
