Cannabis Liberation Day is an annual rally held at different locations across the planet Liberation Day - DETROIT, in it's 15th year, is a celebration embracing cannabis culture as a personal lifestyle choice. Participants unite to discuss, promote, entertain and educate both consumers and non-consumers alike. This is a FREE event held in a city park... Starts at noon goes until 7pm. Commercial vending requires a City of Detroit vending permit. Available from city hall for $150. 1st Amendment items do not require a permit.
